All sales are final. Not for exchange, resale or transfer. We reserve the right to at anytime cancel tours, change departure and arrival times.

Yes, a ticket can be replaced with the original confirmation e-Mail by contacting our Customer Service department. CLICK HERE
If you purchased your ticket online and did not receive anything in the last 24-hours, contact our Customer Service department. CLICK HERE
A confirmation email will be sent to your email which will contain your ticket purchase details. Your ticket can be confirmed from your Smartphone as long as it is present and you’re online. Tickets can also be printed at home in advance.
The first daytime cruise is at 2pm in season. Please see our TICKETS page for specific dates sailing times. Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure time. You can enjoy food, beverages and live entertainment before boarding the Niagara Ultimate Cruise! Niagara Ultimate Cruises and Niagara City Cruises cannot be held liable in the event guest(s) miss the scheduled departure time.

Service animals are permitted. All other pets are not permitted.
Any party or group having infants or todlers under the age of 5 or 1 metre in height are not permitted to board the cruise vessel. Instead, we encourage you to experience a tour aboard the Niagara City Cruises boats.
